Refund Policy

If something went wrong, we will make it right. Write to [email protected] within 14 days.

Full refund within 14 days if

• your lamp, plaque or memorial lantern did not appear on the site;
• you were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount;
• you bought by mistake and tell us within 14 days.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the email used at checkout and, if you can, the order number from your Creem or PayPal receipt. Refunds are issued through Creem or PayPal to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

After a refund

The lamp, plaque or memorial lantern from that purchase is removed from the site.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. Because offerings appear on the site immediately after payment, EU and UK buyers agree at checkout that delivery begins at once; we still honour the 14-day refund above.
